Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or personal details — is strictly prohibited. If pk364 identifies duplicate Accounts associated with the same individual, it reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any pending bets and forfeit any balances.
pk364 is required to verify the identity of Account holders in accordance with its compliance obligations. You agree to provide, upon request, documentary evidence of your identity (such as a government-issued identification document), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension, restriction of withdrawals or Account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk364 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pk364 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
Deposits may be made using payment methods available on the Platform at the time of deposit. The availability of specific payment methods — including those referencing familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is subject to change and depends on the operator's current integrations, applicable compliance requirements and the relevant payment provider's own policies. pk364 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet placed on its Platform without prior notice and without being required to provide a reason. Odds and market availability are subject to change at any time prior to bet settlement. A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of a valid confirmation reference from the Platform.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by a technical fault, data feed error or human error — pk364 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Account holder. pk364 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player having acted upon a manifest error before it was corrected.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events including Pakistan cricket, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC events and other sports. Live odds are updated in real time and may be suspended without notice. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided unless confirmed prior to suspension.
Casino games operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or licensed live dealer studios. Theoretical RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published where available. pk364 does not guarantee that any player will achieve the stated RTP over any session or period of play.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers available through pk364 are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of those funds may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. pk364 will not approve a withdrawal of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds until applicable requirements have been met.
pk364 monitors Account activity to identify patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; coordinating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting errors in bonus crediting systems. Where bonus abuse is identified, pk364 reserves the right to void all affected bonus balances, cancel pending withdrawals and close the Account.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from the Account balance without notice. pk364 will not reinstate expired bonuses.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk364:
pk364 reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
